Requirements Analysis
Successfully gathering and understanding requirements requires the right blend of
skills, expertise and experience. We will work closely with your organisation at
this stage, utilising proven techniques to ensure that we understand the requirements
in the context of your business.
You will be fully involved throughout the requirements analysis stage. We will document
our findings both as an aid to our communication with you and as a basis for the
project. The type of documentation produced will depend upon the analysis technique
selected. As a result the outputs from this stage may include:
