Microsoft Case Study highlights Parabola SharePoint solution
Parabola’s successful partnership with Esher College in implementing SharePoint Portal Server and its integration with other applications has been recognised by Microsoft in a new Case Study.
Microsoft commission case studies for projects which they consider to be of special interest and because they provide an example of a successful use of their technology in the real world. The Case Studies are featured on their website and in other promotional materials. These case studies focus on projects where there has been improved productivity, reduced operating costs and increased satisfaction by the users. Microsoft is particularly interested in projects which put innovative tools in the hands of the people who need them.
Our work with Esher College was of interest because it illustrated how SharePoint Portal Server can be integrated with existing College systems and can really affect the way both staff and students work. The Case Study also explains how the Esher solution provides up to date, secure, and easily accessible documents to authorised users,
The process for creating a Microsoft Case Study involved interviews of our client Esher College and the project manager at Parabola – Richard Gray, by the international marketing and PR company Write Image. We also submitted a summary of the project detailing the benefits to our client as well as the issues we were trying to overcome for them.
We are very pleased with the content of the case study, which can be viewed at
