Parabola becomes an accredited Microsoft Gold Partner
On the 18th July 2008 Parabola became a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. This recognises Parabola’s expertise in delivering solutions using Microsoft .NET, SharePoint 2007 and other Microsoft technologies.
Microsoft support their Certified Partners, by providing them amongst other things, training, access to beta software, and technical support. They also provide direct access to Microsoft's development groups and product support staff.
To achieve this accreditation:
- Our staff have to be qualified as Microsoft Certified Professionals
- Microsoft verifies our completed projects each year by obtaining references from our customers
- Our customers complete a satisfaction survey at least once a year and we act upon the feedback we receive
Microsoft Gold Partnership status gives our customers the formal assurance of knowing you are dealing with trained professionals in Microsoft technologies that have the backing of Microsoft support.
Parabola is also recognised as a Small Business Specialist by Microsoft and to have “Solutions Competencies” in:
- Information Worker Solutions Competency (Portals and Collaboration Specialization)
- Custom Development Solutions Competency (Web Development Specialization)
